1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD is an ECU chiptuning file service platform that provides digital services. This policy regulates the refund conditions for credits and subscriptions purchased through the platform.

Important: Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD provides digital services. No physical product delivery is made. All operations take place in digital environment.

2. CREDIT PURCHASE

Purchased credits are instantly loaded to your account after payment confirmation. Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure.

3. REFUND CONDITIONS

3.1 Unused credits

If purchased credits have not been used at all, a full refund can be requested within 14 days from the purchase date.

3.2 Partially used credits

If a portion of credits has been used, a refund can be requested for the unused portion. The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining credit amount.

3.3 Fully used credits

No refund is made after all credits have been used.

3.4 Technical error situation

If file processing fails due to a technical error originating from the platform, the spent credit is refunded or the file is reprocessed free of charge.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

  • Subscriptions remain active until the current period ends
  • No proportional refund is made for the remaining time after cancellation
  • Free credits earned through subscription can be used after cancellation
  • Support team must be contacted for subscription cancellation

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refund request must be sent to info@ecuhard.com
  • Account information and purchase details must be specified in the request
  • Requests are reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are made back to the original payment method
  • Refund processing to your account may take 5-10 business days

6. CHARGEBACK WARNING

Important: Please contact our support team before making a refund request. Unjustified chargeback requests may result in permanent suspension of the account.

7. EXCEPTIONS

  • Credits in accounts closed due to rule violations are not refunded
  • Credits given as promotion or gift are not included in the refund scope
  • Separate refund conditions for dealer packages are specified in the Dealer Agreement
