ECUHARD was established in 2016 by Ömer Özer in a small workshop near the Istanbul Kartal industrial zone. It started as a chiptuning file service and entered external ECU (“brain”) production with the Stabil ECU brand. In 2026 the company moved to Georgia and now serves workshops around the world from there, with an AI-supported file service platform.

Note: ECUHARD MotoChip is a separate, independently owned company (owner: Barış Şimşek); its payments, taxation and invoicing are separate from Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD.

Website hosting service is provided through professional server infrastructure.
