1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These Terms of Use regulate the use of ECU chiptuning file service, Solutions platform and related services provided by Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD.

Using the platform indicates complete acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot use the platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

Platform: Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD Solutions - ECU chiptuning file service platform
User: Individual or legal entity using the platform
File Service: ECU software file processing service
Credit: Digital unit used for file processing on the platform
Dealer: Authorized business with a dealership agreement with Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD
AI System: Artificial intelligence supported automatic file processing module

3. SERVICE DEFINITION

3.1 Basic features

AI supported ECU chiptuning file processing
DPF, EGR, AdBlue, DTC and over 30 operations support
Revert Original - reverting file to original
DTC Remover - fault code management
Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 tuning
Professional technical support

3.2 Credit system

The platform uses a credit-based payment system. Credits are purchased through secure payment infrastructure and used in file operations. The credit cost of each operation varies according to ECU type and processing.

3.3 Subscription packages

Different subscription levels are available. The features and credit advantages offered by each package can be viewed from the Pricing page.

4. USAGE CONDITIONS

4.1 Authorized use

The platform is designed for professional use only by qualified technicians in the automotive field.

4.2 Usage limitations

Using the platform for illegal purposes is prohibited
Modifying software, extracting source code or reverse engineering is prohibited
Redistributing, selling or renting the platform is prohibited
Performing operations on vehicles without vehicle owner permission is prohibited
Bypassing security or identity verification systems is prohibited
Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited

4.3 User responsibility

Complying with legislation in their country
Informing vehicle owners about changes made
Accepting that responsibility for changes made belongs to the user
Using the platform in accordance with professional best practices

5. ACCOUNT CREATION

A valid email address and accurate information are required for registration
User must be over 18 years old
Account security is the responsibility of the user
Each user can only open one account

6. PAYMENT AND CREDIT SYSTEM

Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure
Purchased credits are instantly loaded to the account
Credit prices may be changed with advance notice
No refunds are made for used credits
Refund conditions are separately specified on the Refund Policy page

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Individual Entrepreneur ECUHARD platform, software, databases, Stable ECU brand and all components are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a license or subscription only grants usage rights, not ownership rights.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Our liability is limited to the paid license or credit amount. We cannot be held responsible for the following:

Direct or indirect damages arising from platform use
Data loss or business interruptions
Non-compliance with local legislation
Damage to vehicles or equipment
Engine failures or emission non-compliance

9. DEALER SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Dealers are subject to a separate Dealer Agreement in addition to these Terms of Use. Dealership rights, territory protection and special pricing conditions are specified in the relevant agreement.

10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

In case of rule violation, account may be suspended without warning
Upon detection of fraud or unauthorized access, account is permanently closed
User may close their account at their request

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use are subject to Georgian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
