This Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Allows Your Highly Tuned BMW CR Engine to Measure Rail Pressures Up to 2700 BAR
This Upgrade is for Vehicles Equipped with Stock 1600 BAR Fuel Pressure Sensor
The Stock Fuel Pressure Rail Sensor on the following engines is at a 90 Degree Angle Install these. Fuel Rail will need to be removed to Install this Raised Sensor (Has Straight Plug)
The Raised Sensor's Thread is slightly shorter, so a copper washer must be used to ensure the Sensor adheres to the rail. NO Physical Rail Changes Required.
IT SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED WITHOUT ADJUSTMENT, OTHERWISE DAMAGE WILL OCCUR. LINEARIZATION DATA WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL AFTER PURCHASE.
PLEASE NOTE:
For Vehicles equipped with M12 Threaded Pressure Sensors, if the fuel rail has a threaded insert it can be removed and the M18 Threaded Fuel Pressure Sensor can be installed and used as an upgrade.
